The Ultimate Homemade Barfi Recipe Soft Sweet & Irresistible

 Ingredients:

Milk powder: 2 cups

Condensed milk: 1 cup

Ghee: 2 tablespoons

Cardamom powder: ½ teaspoon

Dried fruits (almonds, pistachios) as needed

Color (optional): If you want a colorful brahmi

Recipe:

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add condensed milk to it and heat on low heat.

Then gradually add milk powder and mix.

Add cardamom powder and color if desired.

Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens.

When the mixture cools down slightly, grease it a little and cut it into squares or heart shapes.

Sprinkle dry fruits on top.

 Your brahmi is ready!
