It’s perfect for anyone who wants to cook something flavorful in a short amount of time.

 Ingredients:

 Meat:

Chicken – ½ kg (cut into small pieces)

 Base:

Onion – 2 medium-sized (finely chopped)

Tomato – 2 (crushed or blended)

 Spices & Others:

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

Yogurt – ½ cup

Turmeric – ½ teaspoon

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon (or to taste)

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Garam masala – ½ teaspoon

Oil – ½ cup

Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

 Instructions:

Step 1: Sauté Onions & Aromatics

Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and fry until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

 Step 2: Cook the Masala

Add crushed tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.

Cook well until the oil starts to separate from the masala.

 Step 3: Add Chicken

Now add chicken and fry on medium heat for 8–10 minutes.

Step 4: Add Yogurt & Cook

Add yogurt, mix well, cover the pot, and let it cook for 10–15 minutes on low heat.

 Step 5: Final Touch

When the chicken is tender and the curry has thickened, sprinkle garam masala.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

 Serving Suggestion:

Serve hot with naan, chapati, or tandoori roti.

If you're serving guests, add raita and salad on the side — it makes the meal even better!
