Chicken Curry: Quick, easy, and spicy!

Introduction:

With tea or in the kids’ lunch box, creamy chicken sandwiches are always a hit. Tender chicken, tasty chicken filling and a light creamy touch… this snack is always a hit.

Ingredients:

Boiled chicken (shredded): 1 cup

Mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons

Salt: to taste

Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon

Cucumber slices: a few

Tomato slices: a few

Salad leaves: as needed

Bird slices: 8

Recipe:

In a bowl, mix the boiled chicken, mayonnaise, salt and pepper well.

Spread the creamy chicken mixture on one side of the bird slice.

Place the cucumber, tomato and salad leaves on it.

Place the second slice on top and press lightly.

If desired, trim the edges and cut diagonally.

Serve immediately.
