 One Cook Book Special: Creamy Mango Delight

Juicy mango, cool cream, and a touch of sweetness—a dessert that explodes with aroma and flavor in every spoonful.

 Ingredients

Ripe mangoes: 2 (diced)

Fresh cream: 1 cup

Condensed milk: ½ cup

Sugar: 2 tablespoons (if mangoes are less sweet)

Gelatin: 1 teaspoon (optional, for setting)

Ice cubes: As needed

Pour mango halves into a blender and blend until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, condensed milk, and mango puree; mix well.

Add remaining mango pieces to the mixture to add mango flavor to every spoonful.

If you want it to set and become a pudding, dissolve the gelatin in lukewarm water, add it to the mixture, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve chilled in a glass or bowl, garnish with a few mango slices and a mint leaf.
