Servings: 2-3 people
Ingredients
For pizza dough:
Flour: 2 cups
Dry yeast: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Salt: ½ tablespoon
Warm water: ½ cup
Oil: 2 tablespoons
For pizza sauce:
Tomato puree: ½ cup
Crushed garlic: 1 tablespoon
Oregano: ½ tablespoon
Crushed black pepper: ½ tablespoon
Salt: to taste
For topping:
Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
Capsicum: finely chopped
Onion: finely chopped
Tomatoes: finely chopped
Olives: a few (optional)
Chicken boneless (boiled or fried): 1 cup
Method of preparation
Dough Preparation
Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water and let sit for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add flour, salt and oil, then add yeast water and knead until soft.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave for 1-2 hours to rise.
Preparing the sauce
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the garlic and fry.
Add the tomato puree, oregano, pepper and salt and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Baking the pizza
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roll out the dough and place on a tray.
Apply the sauce, add the cheese, vegetables and chicken.
Add more cheese on top and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
How to serve
Slice the hot pizza and serve, with tomato ketchup or garlic sauce.
