  One Cook Book Special: Chicken Noodles in Spicy Style

Quick, crunchy, and bursting with flavor in every bite! Especially great for kids, students, or those who are hungry quickly.

 Ingredients:

Noodles: 2 packets (boiled)

Chicken (finely chopped or boiled): 1 cup

Capsicum (finely chopped): ½ cup

Carrots (finely chopped): ½ cup

Cabbage (finely chopped): ½ cup

Garlic (chopped): 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Chili sauce: 1 tablespoon

Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Salt: to taste

Oil: 2 tablespoons


 Method:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic until lightly golden.

Now add the chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add all the vegetables and fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes (do not overcook so that it remains crunchy).

Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt and mix well.

Now add the boiled noodles and mix well with the chicken and vegetables.

Keep it on the stove for 2-3 minutes, then serve.


 Note:

If desired, you can add egg, green onion, or sesame oil at the end to add more flavor
