One Cook Book Delight: Chocolate Cake That Makes You Love It

A soft, delicious, and pure chocolate flavor... that will melt your love in every bite! 

 Ingredients:

Flour: 1 cup

Powdered sugar: 1 cup

Eggs: 2

Cocoa powder: ½ cup

Milk: ½ cup

Oil: ½ cup

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon

Salt: A pinch

Hot water: ¼ cup

 Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or if you don't have an oven, add salt to a frying pan and heat for 10 minutes, covered).

Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.

Now add the milk, oil, and vanilla essence to it and mix well.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and mix well.

Finally, add the warm water to make the batter soft and smooth.

Pour the mixture into the greased cake pan.

Bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes or in a frying pan for 40–45 minutes.

Check with a toothpick — if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!

 Decoration (optional):

Chocolate ganache:

Cream: ½ cup

Chocolate: 100 grams (melted and mixed)

Pour over the cake and refrigerate for a while.
